You may request closure of your dmd365 Account at any time by contacting customer support. dmd365 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion where it has reason to believe that these Terms have been breached, that fraudulent activity has occurred, or that continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory or reputational risk.
dmd365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. Accepted methods may change from time to time; the current list of available methods is displayed on the dmd365 deposit and withdrawal pages.
Deposits made via e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are credited to your dmd365 Wallet in real time. Bank transfer deposits via FPX are subject to standard bank processing times. dmd365 does not impose deposit fees; however, your payment provider may charge transaction fees independently.
Withdrawal requests are processed by dmd365 within the timeframes displayed on the withdrawal page. E-wallet withdrawals are typically completed within five minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification checks prior to release. dmd365 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request.
All transactions on the dmd365 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). dmd365 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees incurred through your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the relevant transaction pages. These limits may vary by payment method and by Member account tier. dmd365 reserves the right to modify limits at any time with reasonable notice.
dmd365 offers various promotional bonuses to Members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and any specific terms attached to each individual promotion.
Unless otherwise specified in a promotion's specific terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a Member's Account must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each promotion's terms page. Certain game categories — including live casino table bets and sportsbook wagers below minimum odds — may contribute at reduced rates or not at all towards wagering requirements.

Bonus Funds not utilised within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Member's Account automatically. dmd365 is not obligated to notify Members prior to bonus expiry.
All games available on the dmd365 Platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules explicitly state otherwise.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, or create derivative works from any content on the dmd365 Platform without prior written consent from dmd365.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dmd365 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
